

This RPT ELEVATED: VERTICAL PROGRAM is designed to help your athlete improve in all areas of their respected sport. Our unique training style will allow athletes who play any sport the opportunity to improve their:
FUNDAMENTALS = stability and technique ( Designed to promote better body control while performing the jumping motion which overtime promotes gains.
POWER AND SPEED TRAINING (Designed to develop quick twitch muscles and promote explosive power while displaying speed.
IMPROVE MOTOR SKILLS (Designed to help your mind process your respected sport at a much high level and connect your body to each and every movement being made.
This program is developed and taught by Johnny Thomas, a Former Harlem Globetrotter, who specialized in the art of jumping and explosive power through movements. To ensure that your movements are corrected and you're getting everything out of your exercise, come join our RPT ELEVATED: VERTICAL PROGRAM and you will accomplish your goals!
WEEKLY SESSIONS
Sessions will be held each week and focus on different aspects of improving your vertical, speed, balance, and power.
PRICING/PLANS
GROUP SESSIONS: $30 PER/45 MIN SESSION
**NEW!** UNLIMITED MONTHLY PACKAGE : $250 per month.
PRIVATE SESSIONS $80 PER 1HR SESSION
SESSION LENGTH
The ELEVATED SESSIONS will last for 45 minutes with a 5 minute warm-up period. We ask that each scheduled athlete arrive early so that they are warmed up properly before their session.
WHAT MAKES THIS PROGRAM DIFFERENT?
While training and taking part in the RPT ELEVATED: VERTIAL PROGRAM, you are afforded the opportunity to use pro and collegiate level equipment, with professional instruction.
NUMBER OF SLOTS
The spacing for these session is limited to only 8 athletes. This allows each athlete the opportunity to have hands on instruction.
